That is what I want to call the strange phenomena concerning my paid blogging activities. As most of you know, I am using only three paid review sites: ReviewMe.com, Blogsvertise.com and Blog4Reviews.com. The first two are international paid blogging sites while the last one is based locally. I just noticed that we're already on the third week of the month and yet, you can count on my right hand the number of opportunities I have received from them. I am a little sad. Is recession the culprit? Or is my lifestyle blog not just good enough?

This realization only means that 1) I should continue to look for new money making opps and 2) I should further enhance my blogs and make them more ideal for paid blogging.

On a positive note, my Google Adsense income is steadily gaining momentum. I am expecting to reach the $100 mark this week. Perhaps, I could do just that in a few hours. As I'm typing this, I'm only less than $2 away from the minimum payout set by Google. I love it.

My number one Adsense earner is Philippine Travel Promos. If you've not seen it yet, now is the time. There you'll get as much travel information as you need, from airline promos to travel packages that wouldn't burn a hole in your pocket. :)

Finally, I got to encash my $125.26 Western Union remittance from Google Adsense last November 27. It totaled P5,600+. Not grand at all but definitely well-appreciated. It was my second payment and I couldn't contain my excitement. Gradually, my hard work is paying off. It feels so good.

At exactly 4:15 p.m. today, my Google Adsense income amounts to $83.70. I am only short by a few dollars, which, I dunno why, sends the arteries of my heart to overdrive. Every time my Google Adsense is nearing the minimum payout mark, my heart beats faster than normal, in anticipation. Haaaay. The amount, by the way, covers the second month already. Right, I wasn't able to make it on the first month. Sad. Hopefully, I'll be able to reach the minimum payout before December ends.

So far, in my Google Adsense adventure, I learned that patience is a must. You can't force your income to just shoot up. This is especially true if you are just staring at your Google Adsense Report Overview and doing nothing. You really have to move your ass and work harder whenever there is a chance. Also, you have to learn new things from time to time. And if one blog is productive, the more reason to constantly improve it. Take it from me.

So there.

I just can't believe my eyes this afternoon. My Adsense income today, for this day alone, is a whopping $108 USD. Haha. Okay, that was a big joke. You can laugh now. Kidding aside, my Adsense earnings today is $5.28. For you who is good at SEO, the amount may be small but for someone like me who is just starting to grasp the very idea of optimizing the search engines, this is a big development.

Gosh. I am really happy. My travel blog, Philippine Travel Promos, is my number one earner. I'm glad it is starting to perform well in the Adsense department. This inspires me more to write quality travel posts and share valuable travel promos with my growing readers. Blogging has never been this worthwhile for me.

I hope my Adsense income continues to soar in the coming days. I can't wait for my next Adsense payout. Thank you God for all of this. :)

The day after my birthday, my Google Adsense reached the 100th mark (read: $100 USD). It's the minimum Adsense payout set by Google and I was able to reach it after three months. This is a long wait for the bloggers I know who are good at SEO, but at least, I have made it. Payment will be end of November. Cool.

I am glad I have realized my goal of getting paid every three months for two consecutive times. I hope that in the coming months, I'll be able to replicate this or even surpass this personal record. I know I have to strategize better in order to improve my Google Adsense earnings.

Any Adsense tips that you'd like to share with me? :)

My latest Paypal withdrawal amounted to $157 USD. I tried to avoid paying the P50 transaction fee when transferring funds from Paypal to Philippine bank accounts so I emptied my Paypal account and withdrew everything. To my horror, I found out later that Banco de Oro (where my savings account is kept) charged me P200 as electronic fund transfer (ETF) fee.

When I did a research on it, I learned that some local banks in the Philippines that are Paypal-friendly imposes such a fee. The amount is actually standard for these banks. The good news is, Landbank of the Philippines is the only Philippine bank I know that does not charge an ETF fee to Paypal transfers. Or so the Landbank banker told me the other day.

This is a lesson learned. Next time, I'll use my Landbank account when converting my hard-earned US dollars to Philippine peso.

Are you aware of this extra payment you make every time you transfer funds from Paypal to your local bank account? What are your thoughts about it?

I've been enjoying the privilege to write paid reviews for ReviewMe.com for months now. My last post about it was quite saddening but now I am happy to report that my September income there amounted to $112.50 USD. This is actually the usual income I get from the site. My August income suffered big time for some unknown reason and was reduced to $35 USD. Now, ReviewMe.com is bouncing back to business. I know that with this development, I'm not the only one happy out there!

Making money online is a tricky business. If luck is on your side, you get more than what you have expected. If it's the other way around, just don't bother to expect.Instead, continue looking for new money making opportunities on the web. I assure there are many. What you would only need is confidence and persistence. :)

If you don't know yet, Paypal has released a guideline on minimum withdrawal. For Paypal account holders in US dollar, the minimum amount required to withdraw is $10 USD. I find this reasonable. At least people would get motivated to earn more to be able to withdraw a bigger amount of money. What I don't really approve of is the seemingly low currency exchange over at Paypal, but that's a different story altogether.

U.S. Dollars
$10.00 USD

Australian Dollars
$15.00 AUD

British Pounds
£6.00 GBP

Canadian Dollars
$15.00 CAD

Euros
€10.00 EUR

I was ecstatic last week. It was my fourth $100 Paypal withdrawal and I was just too happy. Little by little, my paid blogging efforts are bearing fruits. My Google Adsense, on the other hand, is also improving. From a six-month wait before reaching payout, I am now down to three months.

My short-term goal is to have a $100 Paypal withdrawal once a month. This is easy considering the amount of offers I get from paid blogging sites. I'm saving up for Christmas and it seems I'll be able to meet my savings goal, too.

How about you, how is your make money online efforts? :)

I have nothing against Blogsvertise but I noticed they've been paying me three to five days delay these days. At Blogsvertise, you get paid by offer after 30 days. This means that each offer has a different payment due date, unless of course you have accomplished two or more offers at the same time.

Usually, a paid post from Blogsvertise contains three links. This is quite a lot as compared to other paid blogging sites that normally asks only one link.

I always see to it that my offers are sent back to the advertisers (for review) on time. I hope Blogsvertise appreciates my hard work better by paying me on time, simply because bloggers like me need our money on time. I could tolerate a two-day delay, but five? It's quite unreasonable. Especially that offers from them take some time to arrive.

I've recently created a new blog (http://philippinelottoresults01.blogspot.com) that's solely dedicated to PCSO Lotto. Entitled "Philippine Lotto Results," it gives regular updates on PCSO Lotto Results. A friend of mine, in one of our conversations, shared with me the Adsense success of her friend who maintains a lotto blog. She said lotto blogs attract huge traffic, what with the millions of Pinoys who play lotto religiously. And so I got inspired and put up a lotto blog of my own.

My lotto blog has been up for quite a few days only but it has already been getting traffic from Google search engines. For the very first time today, I got a $.03 Adsense income from my lotto blog. It's tiny I know but this development gave me hope. I believe that soon this tiny amount will multiply. I will continue to be persistent in this endeavor.

To put up a lotto blog, all you need is a simple and clean-looking template. Do not use colorful ones. Fill it with just the right amount of Adsense ads. As for me, I use a combination of link units and text and image ads. Create an About page to introduce your blog to first-time visitors. Create a privacy policy to declare your use of cookies and advertising tools (this is an Adsense requirement also). Update your blog regularly and see results in a month or so. And the most important thing is, continue learning new tricks on SEO and making money online.

Good luck to us!

I just noticed that opportunities at Reviewme.com have been dwindling recently. I dunno but this somehow worries me. Last month, I got a total of 14 opportunities from Reviewme.com amounting to US$103.50. This month, which is already on its half, I have only made two paid posts. What's happening?

I hope all is well with Reviewme.com. I also hope all is well with my blog. I've talked to some blogger friends who are also getting work from Reviewme.com and learned that they, too are experiencing the same. Haaaay, I hope things get better soon. The breadwinner needs more money especially that the ber-months are approaching.

I am thrilled to announce that I have just received my first Google Adsense Payment worth US$125.73. This is small compared to what other bloggers get to receive regularly from Google Adsense but hey, this payment means a lot to me. It's a product of my blood and sweat.

adsense income

I have yet to withdraw my Google Adsense Payment which is in the form of quick cash from Western Union. I plan to get the money anytime soon and write about my Western Union experience here.

This is the start of something big for me. I am now more inspired to keep my enthusiasm in blogging. But I know I have to work harder, if I want to receive bigger money from Google Adsense come payout time.

I am so happy. Thank God for Google Adsense! :)

I'm a little depressed today. I wasn't able to reserve on time the three offers for my blog from Reviewme.com. Before I knew it, they had already disappeared into thin air and landed in the hands of other bloggers. The three opps had a total of $22.50. It's small I know but it's better than nothing. How did it happen? I was busy attending to my other tasks. I regretted not having checked my Reviewme account from time to time today, which was what I'd usually do.

Well, I guess those paid reviews are not really meant for me. All along, I thought all offers I see at the clearinghouse are for me. Apparently, that is not the case anymore. When I tried to accept the three offers a while ago, here's the reply I got:

Error: Either the number of reviews ordered has been met or you have already selected this site to review this product.

Lesson of the story? Always keep an eye on the clearinghouse so that no offers could walk past you. And yeah, better luck next time. :)

I'm new at Blog to Profit (BTOP) but I can already say they're legitimate. Blog to Profit (BTOP) is another blog advertising network that pays bloggers for every written article they submit. A blogger is allowed to get three opportunities from the site per day. That's the rule. Of course, those written articles contain text links of the advertisers who pay BTOP and then BTOP pay the bloggers. Look, I just got paid! It's a small amount but where on earth can you find $17 without moving your ass? Here's my Paypal payment proof for you to get inspired:

Photobucket

It seems to me that Blog to Profit (BTOP) is local player because their payment options look familiar. Aside from Paypal which is the standard payment method, they have Metrobank, BPI and Banco de Oro. These are local banks and I don't think an international paid review site would bother to transact with these banks for the sake of a few bloggers. So yeah, I think they're local. Maybe they're just operating on an international scale. Which is a good thing because that should be the goal of every local company, that is, to penetrate the international market and succeed.

Way to go, BTOP! I hope to do more business with you soon. May this payment proof I have now be not the last. :)

I just made my second $100 withdrawal from my Paypal account this morning. The money mostly came from the paid posts I made last month. I transferred it to my local bank account in less than 2 minutes. Processing takes three to four days so I think I can get it by next week. Have you tried withdrawing money from your Paypal account? If you don't know yet, I made an interesting post last year on the step-by-step guide to transferring Paypal funds to Philippine bank accounts.

The post also includes a link to the list of bank codes of Paypal's accredited local banks. I hope it helps you save time and energy in dealing with your Paypal funds.

ReviewMe.com is one of the trusted blog advertising networks online today. I signed up an account with them as a blogger last month (June 2009) and is now reaping the benefits of that sound decision. My first payment has just arrived in the amount of $82.50 or around P3,973.03 using the Central Bank of the Philippines' exchange rate of $1=P48.158 as of yesterday, July 1. Here's my proof of payment on Paypal:

Photobucket

For beginners like me, ReviewMe.com gives a maximum of 10 paid review opportunities in a month. Prices of these opportunities vary. The prices of the 10 opportunities I made from ReviewMe.com ranged from $5 to $20. I hope the prices I get this month of July increase further.

I can say I like ReviewMe.com.The interface of its site is very accessible and your record of activities are well-represented.Watch out for my detailed review of ReviewMe.com soon.

For now, you may want to take a look by visiting them at www.reviewme.com.
